Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sojourny mobile application and website ("Service") operated by Chen Asraf ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sojourny, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Sojourny offers optional paid subscriptions ("Premium") through in-app purchases on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Sojourny, including trips, segments, notes, and uploaded files ("User Content").

• You grant us a limited license to store, display, and share your User Content as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., showing trip data to your invited collaborators).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any files or content you add.
• Airport comments you post are visible to all users of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious files or content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Post abusive, harassing, or offensive content in airport comments.

6. Intellectual Property

The Sojourny application, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Chen Asraf. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application or its components without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or via our account deletion page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
